Terms of sale

Who we are
These terms are between you and Sheet Practice (“we”, “us”), trading as Sheet Practice, of Centurion, Gauteng, South Africa. Contact: hello@sheetpractice.co.za; 082 043 4538.
What we sell
Ready-made Google Sheets templates (digital products), custom workbook projects (services), and monthly retainers (ongoing services). Prices are in South African Rand. Prices are in South African Rand. Sheet Practice is not VAT-registered; VAT will be added if that changes.
Payment
Payments are processed by Paystack. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Ozow, and Capitec Pay on one-off charges. Recurring retainers require a card on file. A transaction is complete when Paystack marks it successful. We do not store full card numbers.
Templates
After payment we email a Google Sheets link so you can make a copy into your own Google account. Operator licence: one business, one Google account, no client redistribution. Practice licence: you may copy the file for clients of your own practice; you may not resell the template as a product. We do not warrant that a template replaces an accountant, payroll engine, or ERP.
Custom work
Custom work starts only after a written quote and a 50% deposit via Paystack. The balance is due on handover. Two revision rounds are included if they stay inside the quoted scope. Change requests are quoted separately. Deposits are not refundable once work has started, except where we cannot deliver the quoted scope.
Retainers
Retainers bill monthly in advance. Cancel or pause with notice before the next calendar month. Fair use applies: Care is for fixes and small changes, not a rebuild. We may end a retainer if invoices fail or the scope is abused.
Acceptable use
You may not reverse-engineer our templates for resale, remove licence notices from Practice files you did not pay for, or use the site for unlawful content. We may refuse a project that needs software we do not sell.
Liability
Spreadsheets can be wrong if inputs are wrong. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for lost profits, SARS penalties, or data loss in your Google account. Nothing in these terms limits rights you cannot waive under South African consumer law.
Law
South African law governs these terms. Courts of South Africa have jurisdiction. See also our privacy policy and refund policy.
